Marianne has been in Long-Term Care for 20 years. MDS nurses play a critical role in assessing and documenting residents’ health, enabling the creation of personalized care plans to improve quality of life and prevent complications. MDS is a liaison between patients and families and healthcare teams, ensuring everyone is informed and involved in care decisions. In her spare time, Marianne likes to travel, read, and spend time with her grandchildren.
