Leilani is the Director of Nursing Services at Water’s Edge. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Legal Nursing. Her favorite part of the job is making a difference and having the opportunity to have a broader impact on the quality of care, influence healthcare workers to be at their best, and shape the overall direction of nursing services. She has worked as a registered nurse for 28 years with a passion for serving and building relationships. In her spare time, she pursues hiking in national parks. She tries to get out when the weather is great and explore a new trail. She enjoys pushing herself to the summit and then finding a quiet moment of reflection and rest once at the top. She finds this kind of hobby forces her to make quick decisions without missing the big picture. Leilani wants everyone to know that a well-lived life is a precious gift of hope, strength, and grace from someone who has made our world a brighter place!
