JoAnne Kwiatkowski

JoAnne’s favorite part as the Director of Human Resources is assisting in the development of our employees. She graduated from Farmingdale State College, and  Ashworth College. She has been in healthcare for over 30 years. She chose this career path because she wanted to make a difference in the lives of people. Whether it was working on the head trauma unit or being on the board at SCWBEC (Suffolk County Women’s Business Enterprise Coalition), she feels as though her path has been so rewarding. In her spare time, she enjoys making jewelry, reading, spending time with her family. She also loves horses, dogs, and cats.
