Brandon has an associate's degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University and has been in the industry for seven years. He moved to healthcare from the restaurant industry after undergoing surgery. His favorite part of the job is working with the residents on their food preferences to make their meals more enjoyable. In his personal time, he loves spending time with his family and walking in the outdoors.
