Yossi currently serves as the Administrator at Waters Edge, where he plays a vital role in supporting daily operations and enhancing the overall resident experience. With a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Queens College, he brings a strong clinical and wellness-focused foundation to his work. Prior to his current role, Yossi gained valuable experience at The Chateau, a sister building within the company, further strengthening his understanding of long-term care operations and cross-facility collaboration. Known for his warm demeanor and signature smile, Yossi takes great pride in fostering meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff. His leadership is rooted in genuine care and empathy, bolstered by four years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities—a role that sharpened his communication, patience, and person-centered care skills. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Yossi enjoys working on electronics repair and staying active through basketball, tennis, and soccer. His diverse interests, dedication to service, and commitment to resident wellbeing continue to support his growth as a Nursing Home Administrator.
