Andrew has the following credentials: CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Regulatory compliance (e.g., CMS Joint Commission, NFPA, OSHA). Energy management or sustainability programs. Construction/renovation oversight in clinical settings. Emergency preparedness and risk management.  He graduated with a degree in Health Science, where he developed a deep interest in how health and wellness intersect with everyday life.  That background helps him bring a thoughtful, informed perspective to his work.  He is interested in how the healthcare environment shapes the quality of care. With a background in health science and a strong interest in systems and operations, he found a natural fit in facilities management, where he can make a real difference behind the scenes.  What he enjoys most about his role is being part of the mission of healthcare, creating and maintaining an environment where quality care can thrive.  While he is not on the clinical front lines, he takes pride in leading a dedicated team and working closely with various departments to ensure our communities are safe, efficient, and fully aligned with the needs of the patients and staff.  Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and competitive - he is active in competitive arm wrestling and loves the adrenaline of riding motorcycles and off-roading.  When he is looking to unwind, he will be fishing or relaxing by the beach.  These hobbies keep him grounded, focused, and energized both in and out of the workplace.  Above all, he is passionate about creating environments that are safe, efficient, and supportive for the patients and the staff.  He takes pride in leading with integrity, staying solution-focused, and continually learning to better serve the people who rely on our communities every day.
